At SNL Food, we are committed to providing freshness, quality, and convenience in one place. Our goal is to create a comfortable shopping experience while supporting local culinary businesses through Jajan Corner.
From Online Orders to a Modern Fresh Market
SNL Food began with a simple mission: to help people shop more easily. Starting as a chicken, meat, and frozen food supplier, SNL Food grew during the COVID-19 period when many customers had difficulties going out to shop. Through Instagram, the owner’s wife began offering online shopping assistance so customers could get their daily needs from home.
What started with only a few orders quickly grew as more customers trusted SNL Food. From frozen food, customers began requesting vegetables, fruits, fish, and other fresh products. As demand increased, SNL Food opened a dedicated online order space in Batam Center, which later became a physical store on January 16, 2022.
In 2021, SNL Food began supporting local MSME vendors, even before Jajan Corner and Food Street were officially created. In 2023, Noel and Sunny were introduced as the mascots of SNL Food, representing friendly service, positive energy, and the bright spirit of SNL Food.
The journey continued with the opening of SNL Food Tanjung Uma on November 14, 2024, bringing a bigger and more complete modern fresh market concept to Batam. Today, SNL Food continues to grow with the goal of becoming one of Batam’s best grocery and fresh market destinations, offering quality products, reasonable prices, local MSME support, and a shopping experience that brings happiness to customers.
